Venezia: Servizio Fotografico Privato in Piazza San Marco e sui Canali

The photographer was pleasant and delivered a wonderful service to assist me proceed the photoshoot tour. The only problem was the default setting of GYG Apps to connect client with photographer or tour guide at meeting point didn’t go smoothly. I cannot keep in touch directly with the photographer but went through an indirect support by GYG customer service chat bot. You ( GYG) should improve your system SOPs. Thanks.

the photographer did not show up at the scheduled meeting time resulting to cancellation/refund. our schedule was tight so the proposal of a later time was not possible. we were looking forward for the photoshoot as we booked the 7am one where it was still not crowded. too bad we were there looking at others who where doing the activity and to think we only slept for 3 hours as we have arrived the day before. we were so excited to do the shoot that did not happen. we were refunded but the moment has passed that we cant get back.

Our family had a great photo shoot experience with Reyna! We don’t take family pictures often, but she made us all feel relaxed and comfortable and gave us suggestions on various poses and shots. She is also very knowledgeable about great spots to take photos throughout Venice. It was an easy, fun, memorable experience and we would highly recommend it!
