Tour di un Giorno: Pompei, Ercolano e Vesuvio da Napoli

Today we were just handed audio guides which were not very helpful at all. The Herculaneum audio guide numbers did not even match with the numbers in the site, the reception was poor. The Pompeii audio guide was overwhelming because there was so much to cover in so little time. I would still prefer a live person guide who explains better and brings the tourist to the highlights of the place esp Pompeii. I can say this because I have experienced it myself. The first I came, I joined a tour with Live Person Guide and I felt that I have learned more. I came & brought my daughter this time and was really disappointed with the audio guide. The transportation was excellent though.

Básicamente es una excursión en la que te traen, te llevan y te compran las entradas. Si lo haces por tu cuenta sería la mitad de precio, si es verdad que si tienes poco tiempo y quieres hacer un 3x1 es buena opción porque te ahorras tiempo, pero si tienes dos días, hazlo por tu cuenta. Con respecto a los tiempos que te dan en cada sitio son: 2h en el Vesubio que está bien, eso si, si no tienes buena forma física y necesitas hacer muchas paradas quizás se te queda justo, 2h en Herculano, para ver lo más importante es más que suficiente y 2h en Pompeya (SIN PARAR A COMER), muy poco, insuficiente 100%. Deberían dar al menos 30min para comer y 3h en Pompeya. El guía no habla Español, solo inglés e italiano, la audio-guía en Herculano es en el móvil, no dan tiempo para comer, llévate un bocadillo y cómetelo en el trayecto de Herculano a Pompeya, nosotras nos comimos una pizza frita en la entrada a Pompeya (3€), perdimos 15min de las 2h que ya eran escasas, aparte que en Pompeya te pierdes

I never got to do the tour. I was staying in Rome. I booked a train to Naples giving myself an extra hour. The train was late.. then there was an issue with the track. I told the company my Son and I would make our way to Vesuvius and jump on there. After more issues I knew I would be cutting it close. So we went directly to Herculaneum. We were not allowed to join the tour. I was sent my tickets to Herculaneum, and given an address in Pompeii I could pick up those tickets. That would have taken me an extra 40 minutes from the train station and back. We bought tickets and did the day on our own. As I never asked the tour to wait and I made my way to them, I’m not sure why it was an issue.

Turen til Vesuv var fin, men turen tun Herkulaum var i en bus med alt for kort mellemrum lemmen sæderne, faktisk mindre end i et fly. Den digitale audioguide var værdiløs da navn og numre på de forskellige bygninger ikke var ens og dermed vidste man lagring hvad man hørte på. Turen til Pompei var igen en lille bus, men selve besøget var godt, også den udleverede audioguide fungerede fint.

belle journée, 3 sites en peu de temps. Je pensais avoir un guide dans le bus pour le transport mais nous sommes un peu livrés à nous même. Le rythme est soutenu mais tout est très bien organisé. Le temps au Vésuve est très bien, à Herculanum il faudrait un peu moins de temps, en revanche il faudrait plus de temps sur le site de Pompéi qui est beaucoup plus grand et intéressant. L'audio guide d'Herculanum ne sert à rien car les numéros ne correspondent pas à ceux de la visite... celui de Pompéi est très bien.

The whole experience was not at all what I expected when I booked the excursion. There was no guide and very little explanation throughout. There was a different driver for each of the excursions and no one to ask if there were any issues. The coaches were not comfortable and on one journey there was a heater on that was burning my leg. I would not book with this tour company again.
