Our experience was negatively affected by confusion about the Blue Grotto and boat tour. We waited 1.5 hours, were given conflicting information, and almost missed the boat tour we had actually booked. Fortunately, another group allowed us to join their tour, but the delay meant we had little time to enjoy Capri. The lack of clear communication was very frustrating.
