A fun quick stop halfway between Lake Garda and Florence! The tour was educational, the tastings were no-frills but that’s what to expect I think for a working factory! Our guide was very friendly and flexible, which was great because we hit unexpected traffic on the way there.

It was fantastic. So much information about Parmesan and the hosts were very nice. We were only 4 people for the tour and it created a nice easy atmosphere and good conversation. All of our questions were answered and we got to taste some very nice cheese and wine.
