Salita alla Torre di Arnolfo e ingresso a Palazzo Vecchio

Wenn man die Tickets einzeln kauft über die offizielle Website kauft kann es günstiger sein, aber an sich hat alles mit der Ticketabholung und der anschließenden Besichtigung von Palazzo und Turm zum geplanten Zeitpunkt gut geklappt.

It was a self-guided audio tour. The audio guide for the museum was okay. However, the view after the climb to the top of the tower was outstanding.

Great! Beautiful museum and the views from the tower were impeccable.

nous n'avons pas pu monter en haut de la tour, le guide m 'a prévenu à l'avance et il m'a dit que nous serions remboursé pour du prix du ticket de la tour mais malgré mes demandes je n'ai pas été remboursé.

I booked the ticket mainly because of the Arnolfo Tower, even though it was double the price. But I was later told that I couldn’t climb the tower and would only get a 50% refund. I shouldn’t have booked the Palazzo Vecchio ticket separately since it was also double the price.

Die Besichtigung des Turms wurde kurzfristig abgesagt. Geld oder irgendeine Form der Entschädigung bis heute nicht erhalten. Zugesagt wurde uns seitens des Guides eine Rückerstattung. Der Besuch des Palazzo Vecchio hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Our family absolutely loved our visit to Palazzo vecchio and happy we decided to climb the tower, the view was breathtaking and we took loads of photographs. The art work was something something.
