We arrived and were taken to watch a VR experience. There was a slight glitch, but it was sorted very quickly. The video didn't last as long as expected, it was over in under 10 minutes. I was expecting to see a little more. We were given some cocoa pulp ice cream to taste, that was really nice. It had a sweet fruity taste. We went in to the fridge where they store the blocks to gain flavour and maturity. They also showed us how they infuse chocolate with different flavourings which was pretty interesting. We were shown the picking and roasting process. Then we moved into the processing room. We got to try some of the roasted beans, some dark chocolate buttons and some of the liquid chocolate that was still processing. We then went to try 3 different chocolates and had to fill out a booklet to advise on the taste, texture etc. We also got some dark chocolate sorbet to taste. Once it finished we got to try some other chocolates, as they had samples in the shop.
