Tenuta Bonzara: tour e degustazione di vini sui Colli Bolognesi

We had a fabulous afternoon at Tenuta Bonzara with our guide Enrico. Interesting tour, beautiful scenary and we got to try 5 very generous portions of gorgeous wines. There were also plenty of traditional foods to go with the wine. The prices to buy bottles of wine are very reasonable aswell. Enrico was very helpful giving me the number for Simone, a very professional taxi who brought us there and back.

Very warm and welcoming experience. The owner was lovely and our guide was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the visit very enjoyable. The only thing to keep in mind is the location. The winery is about 26 km outside Bologna and the only practical way to reach it from the city center is by taxi, which cost us around €110 round trip. Since the winery is quite small and the experience lasts about an hour, the overall cost for two people felt a bit high compared to the duration. The hospitality was wonderful though, and with transportation included or a slightly adjusted price, it would feel like an even better experience.
