Biglietti Pitti Palace & Giardini di Boboli: Accesso Prioritario e Gallerie Principali

Easy and fast entry nice museum inside

Unfortunately, the exhibits and fountain I most wanted to see were closed for renovations and a strike

The visit to the Uffizi Galleries and Pallazo Pitti/Bobolli Gardens was well worth it. Having pre-booked our tickets through Headout made the experience convenient and helped us make the most of our time. The attraction was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend it.

The Pitti Palace has a beautiful collection of artworks. There are so many pieces that I can't choose the most beautiful one. As for the garden, it was undergoing renovation works, so we couldn't enjoy it as we should have.

We gave our guide a little trouble finding us, sorry! He was wonderful! Knew the answers to all our questions and was very sweet we enjoyed him and the tour!

There was no audio guide on offer. I was told to contact you for a refund of the audio guide.

The meeting point was easy to find, and the instructions were clear regarding the on-site procedures.

It was very simple and well-organized. No waiting in lines.

It is an excellent museum with a variety of Art to enjoy. There are great paintings, sculptures, furniture, clothing, and the rooms themselves are works of ART. I much prefer this to museums that only focus on a couple of these types of art. It's now my favorite museum in Italy!

I liked that when I arrived at the venue, there was a line based on ticket time slots, and I got in quickly.

Variety of top painters works.

Major construction work at the Boboli Gardens prevented access to several areas and made the visit pointless. Information detailing all this work should have been provided for this visit. The price paid was therefore a third too high since I only did 2 out of the 3 visits paid for. --> Is a refund planned for the 7 tickets purchased?

Our tour guide was the best I have EVER had!!
