Good morning, when I booked the card I asked for information about what was included, schedules and they gave me "long" telling me that they would give me the information when I arrived in Rome. I insisted several times thinking that it was a scam and they did not know that it was included in the ticket. As I saw that I was not going to get more information and that it was a scam, I asked for a refund of the amount paid at that very moment (on the website it said that the amount would be refunded in 2-7 days. They replied that they would not refund it. I have reported the facts to the police.
