Efficient, no wasted time. The sun was shining, and it wasn't too crowded. It's pleasant to explore under such conditions.

Pisa Complex pass allowed entry into all buildings in the complex. Including climbing the tier. It was an easy process from the order to the tickets on phone. Recommend

With the ticket and a midday time slot, it was a great experience. First the cathedral and baptistery, then off to the tower at the scheduled time. Very relaxed. To wrap it up, food and drinks at the amusement terrace restaurant with a view of the tower. A day well spent.

The museum was incredible! These tickets were a steal for what we got to do with them. Absolutely the highlight of our trip!

I recommend this tour without hesitation; you will go down to a depth of 135 m. And you will see how men and animals worked to extract salt. It will amaze you with its history, vast tunnels, chapels, and lakes... For French speakers, I recommend the guide Marek Czyzowsk (Marc), a great guide who will explain the history and wonders of this mine with a touch of humor for an enjoyable visit. I thank Marek for this unforgettable experience, a huge thank you to him; he brought this tour to life with professionalism and humor, making it a wonderful time. A guide worth his weight in gold. The historic ensemble, consisting of the Leaning Tower, the richly adorned cathedral, and the other magnificent buildings, is very impressive and worth every minute! We were able to spend an hour there and are thrilled! The crowd management also works brilliantly, and despite large numbers of visitors, you still have the chance to see everything in peace.

Everything was very fast. We just arrived and walked right in with almost no lines, and the inside was spectacular. Buying the tickets was very easy.

The visit to the monumental complex, including access to the Leaning Tower, was very good 👍 Booked online with an online ticket for entry. Just the way it should be. Everything was perfect.

Admission to the site was very easy, but there were 2 very unpleasant things. First: starting a car race at such a site makes absolutely no sense! It's polluting, dangerous, and noisy... Second: it needs to be explained to visitors that the bag storage has a very limited capacity, which limits it only to visitors of the tower, with immediate and mandatory retrieval as soon as you leave the tower. Otherwise, you risk being denied entry to other areas, such as the baptistery, for example.

Everything went smoothly, the entrance points were well marked, and it was wonderful to see the historic tower—everything was very beautiful.

The Leaning Tower and the Campo dei Miracoli are stunning beyond the famous tilt. The duomo's interior and white marble baptistery are incredible.

The skip-the-line pass was not accepted by the reception staff. We waited 45 minutes in the blazing sun in 35-degree heat, very disappointed since we had paid. The audio guide worked for 10 minutes and then stopped... WHAT A SHAME!!!!

I am so happy that I have visited the complex with Headout. Everything was included in the ticket, all the complex. And guess what, the tower is leaning indeed :) take a tour upstairs definitely, it is unforgettable

Leaving a review doesn't do it justice. Having had the honor of visiting masterpieces of inestimable value was a magical experience. It's impossible to describe such work—the search for marble, its transport, its crafting, and its installation.

It was a wonderful experience: the ticket allows you to visit all the monuments in Pisa’s Piazza dei Miracoli at any time (the only set time is for the Tower) on the designated day.

We booked timed tickets for the first tour of the day. Slick way to see the sights!

Shortly after I bought the tickets, I received a message that, in fact, there weren't any available spots for that day (some miscommunication between tower management and headout) with the options to change the date or full refund. After a short back and forth messages, they made it possible for us to visit the tower on that day, giving it was our only option, so 10/10 for the team. The views were stunning and the audio guide was insightful. All the other monuments worth the visit as well.
