Thought it was going to be small group with guide but they combined into 1- full 80 pax very nice bus for drive to Florence with one guide Juan. Near Florence train station passengers divide into groups, some with own guide, but many like us were stuck with Juan who led us at a very fast pace to a meeting point near the Acadamy. Two friends got delayed at toilets but Juan would not wait for them. They managed to find their way and we were led by another guide to entrance to Acadamy, who deserted us at that point and we got lost going back to bus. We missed our bus

The trip itself was far too rushed. The queue at the Accademia museum were too long and unorganised. We ended up not going in as our timeslot was 13.15 and we had to be back at the coach for 14.30hrs. Friends if ours were on the earlier time slot and they only got to see "David" and little else at the museum as they had no time. When I asked on the day for an earlier time slot the tour company and museum both refused. When I contacted the tour company post trip to explain our dilemma they were uninterested and quite honestly rude. The same applied at Pisa, although we had tickets to venture up the tower, we chose not to due to little time available. The whole trip felt rushed with very poor customer services. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of customer service skills.

When in Florence, we had torrential rain, he directed us into a small café /restaurant which was fine. When the rain let up and it was time for us to leave, my elderly relative was in the restroom., he said he would wait for us out front, when we got out front, our guide was completely gone we didn’t know where we were or how to find him! Thank goodness, there were three other young ladies who were also left, but knew where to go to get back to the bus. If it weren’t for that, we would’ve been left in Florence.
