Buying tickets in advance saves time and makes things much easier. It gets very crowded, and the site is spectacular. The price of 11 euros per person to see everything except the climb up the tower is very reasonable. Both museums are interesting.

The visit was well organized overall. It was a nice touch to have a pass to the café terrace, where there were great views. The staff were very friendly on all the visits, and it was also worthwhile from an artistic point of view, due to its importance and beauty.

I spent the day with my husband and we found everything perfect, the entrance did not present any inconvenience, we bought the ticket super accessible and we had access to everything, except the tower but we did not mind because I am recovering from a sprain, everything wonderful! We will definitely repeat 😀

Avevo prenotato un biglietto per il 3 settembre, ma ho ricevuto una conferma per il 4 settembre. Poiché eravamo a Pisa solo il 3 settembre, non abbiamo potuto utilizzare il biglietto. Abbiamo presentato un reclamo, ma ci è stato rifiutato il rimborso.
