Combo Pompeii e Vesuvio: Biglietti con Audioguida e Salta la Fila

Peronale gentilissimo, questo ci tengo a precisarlo. Ma quando siamo arrivati ci hanno detto che dovevamo prendere anche il loro servizio di trasporto, perché al vesuvio andavano prenotate 24h prima i parcheggi. 20€ a testa non mi sembrano pochi. Alla fine ci hanno fatto pagare €15... ma non mi è sembrato seria costringere a pagare per un servizio... lo potevano dire prima (viato che mi avevano scritto su wsp per la conferma e i nominativi la sera prima)

In fact, the annoyance at the ticket office in the morning overshadowed the experience. Not only did we have to wait around 30 minutes for our tickets to be printed out, but we were also forced to take a bus ride from Pompeii to Vesuvius. We were asked to pay another €20 per person to be driven there in a minivan. Supposedly you can't park there and parking tickets have to be booked days in advance. A complete lie, we then booked a parking ticket online outside for €7. Considering that the two tickets only cost €30 in total (the price was on the ticket), we wondered why we had paid €50 per person. So a complete rip-off! Hands off and book on site!

3 stand informativi in loco della stessa azienda. Solo uno era quello giusto. C'era un'audioguida degli anni '80 con i walkitalkies. L'audioguida era del tutto inutile perché c'erano codici QR da scansionare sul posto. Ci sono state date informazioni errate sul trasferimento al Vesuvio. Ci è stato detto di prenotare un trasferimento aggiuntivo per 27 euro perché si suppone che si debba prenotare il parcheggio in loco con almeno 2 giorni di anticipo. Non è stato affatto un problema e ci è costato 2 minuti. Sarebbe gradita una nota al riguardo sulla homepage. Lascia un sapore amaro di una fregatura pianificata.
