Da Roma: Tour Guidato di Pompei con Trasferimenti

Went last week with my girlfriend. Bus pick-up was on time, which I appreciate. It got really hot by midday, so bring a hat. The guide spoke a bit fast but knew his stuff. Wish we had more time to wander on our own though. Gift shop is pricey but cool souvenirs.

Pompeii was even better than I expected. Our group was pretty small so it felt more personal. The tour leader made sure everyone was comfy and the driver was super friendly. Got to see the ancient bakery and the baths – still can’t believe they had steam rooms back then. Bus was clean, AC was EPIC. Would def recommend.

Pompeii itself is super cool, but the tour felt a bit too touristy for me. Too many people, hard to take photos without someone in the background. Still, learned a lot about the volcano and daily life. Would have liked more time to explore alone.

Loved the ruins! The only thing was that it felt a bit rushed at times, like we were always hurrying to the next spot. But the guide was very knowledgeable and answered everyone’s questions. If you’re into history, this is your place. Don’t wear flip-flops, the stones are killer on your feet.

Cool trip, but there was a looong line to get in. Once inside, our guide did a great job keeping us together. The ruins are honestly mind-blowing. If you get tired, there are a few benches in the shade. Bring snacks!

Took my mom for her birthday and she was soooo happy! The guide was super sweet and shared lots of stories (some were kinda wild). We got to see the brothel (yes, that one) and the forum. Weather was perfect, not too hot. The bus ride was smooth and the driver even pointed out Mt. Vesuvius. Memories for life.

Absolutely loved it. I’m a history nerd, so this was a dream. The guide had a book with old photos and maps, which made it easier to imagine what Pompeii was like. The group was friendly and the pace was just right. Sun was brutal though, so bring a hat.

Went with friends on a whim. The ruins are WILD—like a whole city frozen in time. The guide kept it fun, but sometimes hard to hear with all the other groups around. There’s a water fountain halfway, thank goodness. My feet hurt after, but so worth it.

Not bad, but kinda crowded for my taste. The guide was nice but the group was too big. Couldn’t always see what he was pointing at. Still, liked seeing the old murals and the casts.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but ended up loving it. Our guide was a local and made everything so interesting. Fun fact: there’s still a working bakery nearby! The bus was comfy, and the day was smooth. Would go again.

Pompeii is HUGE. We barely scratched the surface in a few hours. Our guide was great, but I wish we could’ve roamed a bit more on our own. Bring extra water, it gets super hot.

Loved the energy of our tour guide. She kept us moving but made sure we saw the main sites. Can be a bit much if you’re not into history, but for me it was fascinating. Toilets were clean, which was a plus!

Family trip with two kids (8 and 11). They actually enjoyed it! The guide made it fun for them with little stories about Roman life. Got to see the ancient toilets (kids found that hilarious). Only downside—LOTS of walking, my youngest got tired. Still, a great memory.

It was fine. The ruins are cool but the group was too big. Hard to get good pics, and the sun was brutal. Guide was friendly but I zoned out sometimes.

Best part of my trip! Went with my best friend, we laughed so much. The guide had all the good stories, especially about the gladiators. Got some great photos but wish we had more time. Bring extra camera batteries!

Very interesting tour. The guide was informative and funny at times. The site is huge, so be ready to walk a lot. Some parts were closed for restoration, which was a bummer.

Such an AMAZING experience. Our guide was the real deal, answered all our random questions. Bus was clean, and the driver was super chill. Only tip: wear sneakers and don’t forget water.

Went with my parents, both in their 60s. They loved it but got tired halfway (lots of stairs and cobblestones). Guide was patient and let us rest. Pompeii is def a bucket list spot.

It was alright. The ruins are cool but so crowded. Couldn’t hear the guide sometimes. Still, the old mosaic floors were pretty neat.
