The meeting point didn't exist. We contacted Head-out for help. We were sent from pillar to post, and despite the fact that we arrived more than an hour early, we still hadn’t met anyone at the meeting point, and the ticket office didn’t recognize our names as visitors to *The Last Supper* in the 4:15–4:30 p.m. time slot. We were unable to use our tickets, which cost €60 each plus a €6 security deposit (total €126). This was our first time using tickets from Head-out, and we strongly advise everyone against booking through them!!!
