Tour was clear informative and interesting

The musical quality was top-notch, the singers were fully invested in their roles, and the venue is quite magical. The only downside was that we only had a few seconds to drink the beverage offered during the intermission, but that's a minor detail.

The theater... but the booking and the website were terrible, I won't book anything ever again.

The guide did not show up and I wasn't warned... I wasted 45 minutes of my precious time in Venice! When I called the helpline, the guide invented a false explanation, saying that the opera was closed, which was not true!! Very disappointing

We arrived at the opera house with pre paid tickets for a guided tour and were told by the opera house staff that no tour would go ahead that day as they were closed. No one in our group were aware of this, we were all waiting at the pre agreed time with no info and told we would need to get in touch with headout to get a refund

It's a great idea to book in advance. La Fenice is wonderful—just keep an eye on the schedule, because if there's a dress rehearsal on stage, the auditorium will be plunged into darkness, but the rest of the tour goes ahead as usual, and it's absolutely beautiful!!!

It was very quick to get in and we didn't have to wait in line. It was well worth it! Highly recommended.
