The actual experience was nice and a good value for money for visiting both islands and the museums with the 24 hour vaporetto pass. However, the employees at the public transport service were not informed about this ticket and the discount. At the boat station they didn't let us in claiming that this ticket is only the museum pass and that we have to pay extra 25 euro for the transfer service.
