Combo: Biglietti per la Basilica di San Marco, Musei e Palazzo Ducale con Pass ACTV opzionale

Excellent tour! Our guide, Monica was super knowledgeable about the history of St Marks, Venice and it's connections to Constantinople, bringing life and context to what we were seeing in an entertaining way. She also gave me some amazing tips to some of the lesser known gems to see in Venice. Highly recommended!

Positive experience. The meeting time and schedule were respected. The guide (Chiara) was good and thorough. The only downside was the language of the tour, though that might have been my mistake. And there was no audio guide available, only the classic receiver headset.

Purchase via app is easy. Transforming into tickets also. Boatservice schedule in Venice was h owever pain in the neck

I was not able to download our tickets despite reaching out to the support team. I appreciate receiving the refund.

Not the right language

Excellent tour guide at St. Mark's Basilica! Very informative! Audio tour at Doge's Palace was great!

Easy efficient service to use. Tickets received instantly with easy clear instructions for use.

Very good, loved it. I'm from Portugal and was already familiar with it; it was the best thing I could have purchased.

Simply great, hassle-free, and comfortable.

Convenient and fast but hard to know what port to go onto when loading

Easy entry with a pre-booked ticket; utterly fascinating, well displayed mosaics, the horses of course, and the view!

Very good visit, but too short (30 minutes)

We did not want a guided tour, and our paperwork confirmed this fact. However, the tour was guided, we had hard time understanding guide and rushed through the church and not informed tour did not include the museum. Tour time change so had less time for our next scheduled tour.

Thanks to Headout, I was able to visit St. Mark's without lines and with a very knowledgeable, clear, and helpful guide. Everything was perfectly organized, and the tour lasted just the right amount of time to take in all the information without losing focus. An experience I would definitely do again and highly recommend.

The guide Ms. Christina was very polite and Gave a Lot of interesting information during the guide tour.

We enjoyed the guided tour and definitely would not have gotten as much out of it if we went ourselves. Guide was helpful and the group was easy to contact and gave clear instructions on meeting point.

Precise meeting point. Punctual and knowledgeable guide. Clear explanations thanks to the audio guide. Highly recommended.

Never again!
