A trip back in time that deserves enough time for a complete visit.

Everything works well, and the skip-the-line tickets are very convenient.

The PDF, or guide as you call it, is really bad. You can't charge someone €3 for a 20-page PDF that isn't even in their language. It feels like a scam.

The audio guide didn't work. The app was poorly designed and would not play. Pompeii was amazing, shame the guide didn't worked - it would have been really helpful.

I never received the tickets. You are scammers of the first order.

None of the venue staff I asked knew how to connect the digital guide to my phone, so buying 4 tickets with this device was money thrown down the drain.

Complicated, we had to find the counter to exchange the tickets. Then we had to wait in line to pick up the free child ticket. A lot of waiting, but oh well... we made it.

It was nothing special! We had to wait in line to exchange the voucher for a ticket. And we paid way too much!

Just so amazing to walk on these streets !

It was more than I expected so beautiful and really and historically interesting

It was truly sublime to walk the streets of Pompeii. The vastness of the city and the devastating nature of the tragedy made the visit uniquely memorable. It is amazing to me how any of these beautiful buildings and paintings were able to survive and be protected so that I could see them today.

My lifelong dream of visiting the ruined city of Herculaneum was made significantly easier by Headout's easy ticketing process. We arrived at the entry in the morning, entered without a glitch, and proceeded to explore the site on our own. What an incredible place to spend the day! In the end we were happy with the whole experience.
