I accidentally only booked 1 ticket, phoned and the company booked the remaining 3 for my family of 4. 2 days before the event the 3 tickets were cancelled and I could not book more. Company would not refund my single ticket as I clearly did not want to go in alone. They should not use unreliable local providers. No refund yet.

My time was supposed to be 1:00 pm but my ticket showed 1:00 pm. We were not permitted to enter. Complete waste of money. The other tour I planned had to be cancelled. The vendors they use are unreliable.
