Rome Combo: Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour + Colosseum, Palatine Hill & Roman Forum Tickets

Guide ran through the thick crowd at the Vatican leaving the group scattered behind her, she waited out of breath at the entrance.

Perfect, smooth process! Worked great, explained really well, and lots of languages available. Easy for the kids to understand too.

First, my ticket was refused because it was invalid, and then right after that they closed the entrance to the Colosseum due to protests. Therefore, I expect a full refund for the ticket. Thank you in advance.

Everything was truly excellent, thank you

The process was quite clear and easy to follow as long as the instructions provided in the system were followed. The guidance was sufficient. I would recommend making a reservation as early in the day as possible, as the tour takes quite a long time. It would also be a good idea to bring some snacks with you.

If you are reading this make sure you buy tickets from official site ! It costed me too much and it was without internal entry and a guide!

A 1.5-hour wait to go up in the elevator. But the skip-the-line access up to the security checkpoint was perfect. Too bad our guides didn't speak French.

It really paid off leaving a massive line behind us. Later, I heard from people that they had waited 3 hours in line. Thanks to Headout, everything went very quickly for us.

I accidentally only booked 1 ticket, phoned and the company booked the remaining 3 for my family of 4. 2 days before the event the 3 tickets were cancelled and I could not book more. Company would not refund my single ticket as I clearly did not want to go in alone. They should not use unreliable local providers. No refund yet.

Arrival went smoothly. We were well ahead of time, so we could still take some nice photos of the Colosseum and the Arch of Constantine before heading inside. The Colosseum is gigantic, both inside and out. Learned a lot, wonderful experience.

Great welcome, very clear, and top-notch staff.

Everything went smoothly. The wait times for the Colosseum were very short. For the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, you had to factor in about 20 minutes.

Getting the tickets is straightforward, with very clear instructions.

Hello, I thought everything was very good. The only thing they should improve is the issue with the meeting points, which I found a bit complicated.

Everything worked well, and we were especially thrilled with our escort into the Vatican Museums.

My time was supposed to be 1:00 pm but my ticket showed 1:00 pm. We were not permitted to enter. Complete waste of money. The other tour I planned had to be cancelled. The vendors they use are unreliable.
