On Wednesdays, we are unable to visit St Peter's Church due to the mass. Instead, our guide will make up for this by visiting more sites inside of the Vatican Museums. Tours starting after 3:30 PM are not guaranteed entry into St. Peter’s Basilica.

Amazing tour – truly unforgettable! We had an incredible experience today thanks to our wonderful guide Raffa. She was super friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, and explained everything in a clear, engaging, and enjoyable way. Her passion for the history really brought the whole tour to life. We are a family of five, including a baby in a stroller, which can make visiting the Vatican quite challenging. However, Raffa was incredibly thoughtful and supportive — she went out of her way to help us navigate the crowds, made sure we stayed comfortable within the group, and was always attentive to our needs. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and memorable experience for all of us. Highly recommended — we couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would absolutely choose her again!

The guide was excellent, knowledgable, with interesting stories about a few popes in distant history who went outside the boundaries of the strict rules imposed on the clergy. My complaint, and it's a big one, is that the earpieces provided did not easily stay on my ears, so I missed a good part of the guide's narrative. I think before booking another tour would attempt to find out what type of listening device is used. We had a a previous tpur of the Colosseum and had no trouble hearing with their equipment.

The activity was great. The meeting spot, on the steps across from the Vatican entrance, was very easy to locate. Elizabetha, our guide, was very good! Very nice, knowledgeable and fun! She expertly toured us through the museums, and we could tell she was excited to be able to share the history with us.

Although it was well organised and the skip the line pass was valuable and we were guided around the sites, I would not recommend this trip. I felt it was very rushed and very crowded - possibly the nature of all trips to the Vatican Museum. I booked a tour guide not to walk us around but to tell us interesting insights that we wouldn't glean from the standard information but there was none forthcoming sadly. I probably would have learned more in the rooms on my own. In retrospect I would have just done the Sistine Chapel and the Basilica as it was too much especially for my daughter and my mother.
