Boboli e Palazzo Pitti: tour self-guided con audio

the Pitti Palace was fantastic!!! very beautiful, amazing art, and opulent spaces. However there was a problem with our entry voucher so getting in was difficult. we did not have the audio guide, so we were on our own. the Boboli Gardens are HUGE, and we couldn't see it all. very high, steep stairs/ramp to go up and down. very disappointing.

Tenía hora a las 16:30 y los jardines los cerraban a las 17h . Primero no nos llegó el código de acceso y al reclamarlo nos enviaron de otras personas , tuvimos que volver a reclamar y ya no pudimos ver los jardines . Además aunque hubiéramos podido entrar a la hora en ningún sitio ponía que cerraban tan pronto los jardines . Nos quedamos sin verlos y lo tuvimos que pagar

I was given two different meeting places so by the time we found the right one, we missed the tour. We went straight to the museum and the description did not mention how difficult it would be for my parents (in their 70s) to get into the Bardini Gardens. It probably would’ve been better if we were given the correct meeting place from the beginning.

Dezamăgire totală. Pentru mine, costul acestui bilet nu se justifica în niciun fel. Dacă aș fi stat la cea mai lungă coada posibilă la casa de bilete, cred ca eram mult mai câștigată. Biletele nu au fost trimise la timp pe mail sau pe WhatsApp. In plus, nimeni nu mi-a raspuns la telefon sau la mesaje. Am fost nevoită să alerg până la biroul agenției pentru ca să rezolv problema. Din acest motiv, timpul de vizitare a fost mult scurtat (obiectivul se închidea) si am avut parte doar de foarte mult stres. Pentru mine aceasta achiziție reprezinta bani aruncați, mult stres si o amintire foarte neplăcuta.
