Good to know

This tour requires a moderate level of fitness due to 15-minute walks on the dirt path to reach the beaches, descending slopes, and using your legs to overcome 50-cm obstacles such as rocks.
PLEASE NOTE: If the client does not meet the requirements regarding age, health, physical mobility, weight, or fails to wear suitable footwear, the Guide may cancel the hike for safety reasons without a refund.
If there are vegans, vegetarians, or people with gluten or lactose intolerance, it would be helpful to know in advance so that the lunch can be modified.
