Saturnia Hot Springs Ticket and Transfer from Civitavecchia

Awful, the customer service is awful. We ended up going to places not listed in the try, the pick up point information is incorrect, what’s listed in the included section is not included, we don’t get much time in the spa and the customer service afterwards is dreadful. Just not listening, coming up with excuses and hiding behind policies that cover up a poorly planned day. Would not recamend at all.

The directions to the cruise meeting point were clear and Paolo met us with a smile. He was welcoming and we liked him. Unfortunately the company put our hot springs tour in the same mini van as a family doing a tour of wineries. Our itinerary for the day became very unclear. Our first stop was a small village neither of us had on our itinerary. We were told not to worry there was time for our chosen tour. They had children and were going to have to wait for us at the wild hot springs so our guide took us to Saturnia first so they could buy swimming clothes. Saturnia was very relaxing once in. They went to their first winery and were late returning to pick us up. There was no offer of water or fruits as said in the description. The other group didn’t go to anymore wineries and our expectation to go to a nearby winery was not met. Because they combined tour groups I cannot recommend the tour. It was an expensive day for just a car drop off.
