Bologna: San Luca Train Roundtrip Ticket & Local Food Tasting

The guide was not accompany the members of tour they put us in bus station and left The tour is poor and the value of money is very expensive and non organized The tour itself can be arranged privately without any agency The tour was not clear regarding the food tasting as it is well known for food tasting they have to choose well known restaurant for local food tasting while the coupon was given to us was a sandwich restaurant for fast food of very bad quality the coupon given to us for ice cream they did not full the cup by ice cream as per photo and the quality is not perfect Finally the coupon of the souvenir is very poor and the lowest in value In general it was a very bad experience

A bit worried about meeting up with your agent. But she arrived as stated and was very nice. I thought we would be travelling with us. But we were taken to the bus for the first half of our day out. The bus trip was disappointing decided nowhere Worth getting off. There was confusion about our reservation which should have been done by your agent. This was compounded by an argument with a dissatisfied customer about the seating arrangement. The train trip was better than bus. But again other than the church up the hill, there was not much to see. We enjoyed the food tasting. A nice experience. Also the Balsamic vinegar experience was interesting.

This was not skip the line as advertised and the guide left us to queue at the back of the line with day ticket customers. The bus operators then tried to force customers to pack into front carriages despite there being plenty of space towards the back of the train/bus and were extremely rude. Food tasting is absolutely not what this is, it’s a voucher for a fried bread sandwich (this should be explained when advised). Trip cost over £60 but if I’d booked on the the day directly it would have been less than half the cost. For the first time in my experience I think GYG has not delivered as advertised.

Horrible, food was a voucher in a random spot in the downtown, same for gelato. It’s marketed as a “tasting” staff was rude. They also completely move our tour by an hour on their own expense. So my kids and family had to wait an extra hour after paying extra money for high speed train fare to get there in time, when we got pushed anyways and didn’t even need to be there for the scheduled ticket that I purchased a while back. Wouldn’t t recommend this at all. It’s not like what is describes or shown in description. Don’t recommend.
