This cooking class and the lovely outdoor seating and cooking area exceeded our expectations. The wrap around terrace had a phenomenal view of the city. Rosamaria the chef/cooking teacher was very friendly, knowledgeable about Sicilian history and traditional cooking, and led a hands on class where we all participated in making delicious homemade pasta, sauce, zucchini appetizer, eggplant parmigiana appetizer, and a special dessert as well. I would highly recommend this class with Rosamaria.
