Milan: Authentic Pasta & Tiramisu Cooking Class in a Local Home

Davide was great, welcoming and taught us a very easy to follow recipe for pasta, tomato sauce and tiramisú using high quality ingredients. We had a wonderful time with the other participants and the food was exquisite, great way to start the New Year.

It was an amazing experience, the hosting was great, we learned a lot from Silvia and Antonio!

Sandra was simply amazing!!! The class was informative and fun. We loved being welcomed into the chefs home and learning about Italian cooking and culture. Worth every penny and a MUST do.

Was leuk om te koken. Jammer dat er niet meer “cursisten” waren. Gastvrij ontvangen en lekkere eenvoudige recepten. Wordt veel winst gemaakt door tussenpersonen. GYG, La Cocerina en de gastvrouw moet eraan verdienen. Direct boeken scheelt veel geld.

Мы хотели поучиться готовить пасту в комфортной обстановке с человеком, работающим в кулинарии. А не с очень странным современным художником. Чья квартира выглядела очень пугающе. Честно чувствовали себя как в логове маньяка. Хотелось убежать, но было страшно бежать… спасибо за этот опыт, надеюсь больше не повторим

This was such a wholesome activity. Beatrice was such an amazing host!! She was warm, explained things very well and her home was beautiful. Me and my friend absolutely loved the experience. It was such a delight to get to eat the pasta and the tiramisu at the end with some wine. Thank you for amazing experience, core memory created 😀

Sandra met us outside her home with a warm welcome. All the food material we used were from her family home in Puglia region. The freshest of ingredients for pasta noodle and spinach filled ravioli. She gave excellent instructions in food preparation and then emailed the recipes.

Cooking class with Sandra was amazing ! Learnt lots and had great food ! Can’t wait to try when we’re home

Excellent, our guide was Sandra and she was exceptional. Personable, welcoming and a lover of soul music made our evening a great memory with fantastic food. A truly great experience and recommend Sandra for your greatest food experience while in Milan. A fantastic evening!

This was one of our favorite parts of our trip! The food was amazing and Santa was so sweet and knowledgeable. We really really enjoyed this!! Highly recommend! :)
