Ilaria was very personable and knowledgeable throughout the evening. She explained everything clearly and had fun whilst doing it l. It was clear that she is very passionate about cooking which created a great atmosphere to learn and cook in. the wine was great and the fact that everything we made was edible clearly showed how good she was at her job. Illaria was so very kind & lovely & treated everyone in the class more like friends rather than students! She absolutely had a warm & welcoming personality which was a joy to be around for the duration.I’d go back simply to hang out with her! however, not a cooking class, more of a prep class… you’re sharing cooking utensils & food prep products with others so you don’t have your own to really focus on the craft. You have to wait your turn until the other person has finished & you don’t cook at all. You literally just prep and illaria has a su chef who then does the cooking after everyone has finished prepping. But it’s a great experience just for the customer service alone
