Rome: "The Most Beautiful Opera Arias" Concert

The concert is not intended for anyone who is an opera lover. The performances are not dazzling and the whole thing looks like a performance by children in an art school. With the difference that these are adults. The singer brings a mobile phone to his part and puts it on the bench, probably to record himself singing. The singer does not even take off her smart watch, so it lights up and goes out depending on how she moves. The whole thing feels more like a piano rehearsal than a concert. The pianist then tries to make jokes in not very good English to somehow fill the evening. The whole evening then takes place by the light of several electric candles, with which you can not even see the singers' faces - two lights would probably be an unnecessary expense. This concert is more of a tourist trap than an opera experience.
