Fantastic - MATTEO CAPROTTI@Milan is a brilliant chef and was very engaging/entertaining. Excellent tips and was open to our questions. The pizza we made ourselves were delicious as were the waffles. It was very enjoyable. We made pizza and gelato with Fabricio (not sure if I spelled his name correctly). He was so nice and patient. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous class with Fabrizio! His explanations were perfect, he paid attention to everyone and was crucial to us enjoying every moment! Our pizzas were so delicious and the whole class had a fab time!!!

we were late trying to find the school, which is inside the back of a restaurant, but the chef's were super nice and allowed us to join! food was great & atmosphere was relaxed. big thanks to Alfredo & Mateo 🤌🏾🍕🍦🥂

The cooking class I took part in is definitely one of the standouts of my trip learning from a proper Italian chef was truly memorable. The convenient location at the station is great as well. Also loved all the added extras such as Polaroids and wine would definitely recommend!
