Florence Duomo Complex Guided Walking Tour

The tour guide Rosa is amazing, but the administration is terrible. I was told a group number upon checking in, and that I need to wait for my group to depart. I waited for more than 10 minutes after my designated time to ask again, and was told that my tour will start shortly. Then, another 10 minutes later, I asked again, and after some deeply confusing arguments among the staff during which I was left hanging in front of the counter, a staff hastily came to take me to the Baptistery and told me my group had departed, and it was not the group I was assigned to upon checking in. Also, the administrators looked like they have no idea what tour they offer. What this tour offers is the Ghiberti pass, which only allow entrance to the museum, the church itself (which is free if you wait in line), and the crypt. But the administrators kept telling me that my ticket grants me access to the bell tower, which it doesn’t (the listing here is correct. don’t listen to the administrators)
