Florence E-Bike Tour: Cycle Through Medici History

Where do I start. Firstly it started late and finished early. Why ask us to take our passports to travel with us around the city all day, and not check them at the start? The start was disorganised and the tour guide was slow to make himself known. Poor explanation of how to use the e-bike followed by a rocky start circling around tourists, cars, bikes etc etc. very unsafe especially for my teenager. I found it very stressful. Halfway through my son’s e-bike battery died but we had to just continue on. We couldn’t understand what was being said, the fuzzy sound and background wind noise etc I couldn’t tell you anything that was said very dissatisfied and I would be considering asking for a refund. Total waste of 42 euros. So disappointed. Again: Health and Safety. A taxi almost knocked my son down at major junctions. The guide just sailed right through not checking back enough. I couldn’t wait to get back to base. Please rectify this. So that other people do not have the same problems.

A conseiller vivement 🫶
