Como Guided City & Lake Boat Tour: Landmarks and Scenic Views

Il tour era solo per la città e prevedeva 2 ore senza il giro in battello. Invece il gruppo era misto e la guida ha ridotto il giro x la città in 1 ora correndo come un forsennato. Era impossibile stargli dietro. Inoltre il tour prevedeva un biglietto d'ingresso nel Duomo con relativa spiegazione. Cosa che non è mai avvenuta, perché in chiesa c'era la messa( da prendere in considerazione da parte degli organizzatori) e poi bisognava correre , correre e correre.

Our guide was hurried. It was an English speaking tour, but he attempted to accommodate a French couple and an Italian pair. He spoke in Italian to the 2 people most of the time. The city tour was rushed by power walking to places and then being told “that’s a church. Come back and visit”. So on and so forth. Not well organized at all. Wondering if this was our guides first tour. We would have been better off with a much less expensive self tour. The first basin boat tour was nice, but that can be booked without this tour. Our guide told us to listen to another guide with another company who was explaining the views on the boat to his group. Our guide did make a few comments, but overall was fully unprepared. Bad tour overall. Would like my money back at least for the city tour as that was a bust.
