Bologna: Ferrari VIP Experience with Test Drive and Museum

O nosso motorista não nos entregou o voucher para os simuladores, nem nos informou onde seria o test drive. Tivemos que nos virar. Reclamamos dentro do museu da Ferrari que tínhamos comprado o simulador junto do pacote e a pessoa que nos atendeu disse que precisávamos do QR code específico, que não havia sido entregue. Somente depois que saímos do museu é que a pessoa da central nos mandou via WhatsApp. Tivemos que voltar ao museu para brocar no simulador. Mal gerenciado

This activity was extremely disappointing. This was a surprise excursion for my dad and uncle on our family vacation to Italy who are very into cars. The description of the excursion does not match the experience they had. The bus tour through the facility provided very little information, the simulator part of the tour was nothing more than an arcade game, and overall they were left very disappointed. For how expensive this experience is I cannot recommend anyone waste an entire day on vacation to do this excursion.

The driver Alberto was excellent, very punctual, attentive and friendly. The test drive was fantastic, however I would next time do 15 mins as I feel I would have been a little more relaxed doing the same road a second time. The museum was very interesting, the restaurant very good and the food delicious. I did not realise that the Enzo Ferrari museum was not included and considering there was time to do it and we were right there it should be part of the tour. Especially considering the price of the tour. Being a VIP tour I also feel the photos should be a given that they are included and not an extra cost. If I was a serious and passionate car enthusiast I would have been very disappointed that the second museum wasn't included. Because it wasn't, I could only give 4 stars.

Guide meldete sich nicht wie vereinbart. In der Hotel Lobby, erst nach Anruf Information , dass die Fahrerin außerhalb des Hotels wartet, Fahrerin sprach kein Wort Englisch bei Englisch gebuchter Durchführung. Fahrt war sehr sportlich- Übelkeit auf den Rücksitzen. Ein Programmpunkt entfiel vollständig ohne Ankündigung oder Mitteilung ( Ferrari Werkstour ) - dadurch Verkürzung der gesamten Tour um 2 Stunden. Nach Anruf bei Bolognatour sagte Management, dass als Ausgleich eine Besichtigung des anatomischen Theaters organisiert wurde.
