Definitely a great value for the price. having a tour guide with us really helped us better understand this incredibly fascinating place. also, we visited on a Saturday and the town was very crowded, our tour guide advocated for us, when lines were long/ chaotic at the entrance to the rock church. our guide was very knowledgeable, obviously an expert on the history of this town.

Sehr schöne Tour um auch in Ecken zu kommen, die man so nicht gleich besucht. Unser Guide Christian hat uns auch sehr viele Informationen über das Leben in Matera früher und heute gegeben, da sein Vater selbst in der Sassi gewohnt hat.
