From Milan: Full-Day Trip to Como and Bellagio

Our guide Carolina was very nice and gave us a lot of information. The tour info said it was an English tour but there were Spanish speakers so she repeated everything-in both languages. That became annoying especially when she then started every explanation in Spanish and then English. My biggest complaint was the bus was waiting fir us for our return but the air conditioning was obviously turned off before we boarded the bus and it was sweltering and it took so ling for the bus to get cool, and this was unacceptable.

Good day out. Guide was very helpful and informative. Bus was comfortable, boat not so much and was very hot- not much AC, 2hr boat ride so started to get uncomfortable on the plastic chairs! Lots to see on the way, made a mistake and thought I read we were going to Switzerland so was slightly disappointed. Maximum 2 hours in each town as had to get back on boat. Overall a good day

Como y Bellagio son lugares increíbles!! Todo es hermoso!! Me pareció muy bien que nos contactaron el día anterior para confirmar el punto y lugar de encuentro y nos volvieron a contactar el mismo día de la excursión ya que era muy temprano para asegurarse que estábamos encontrando el micro correcto. Son cosas que se valoran mucho cuando contratas una excursión online y más cuando el horario no permite margen de error para nada.

הטיול היהלא משהו, בכוונה לקחנו טיול שח שתע מקומות בלבד, אגם קומו ובלאגיו כדי שיהיה יותר זמן להעביר בכל בשתי המקומות הלאה. בסוף בכל מקום היה לנו בקושי שעה וחצי זמן הזה לא מספיק לא לכלום. את לא יודעת מה לבחור, האם לעשות סיבוב ולראות את העיר או עדיף לחפש שירותים ולאכול. זה מאוד מעכזב! במקום זה יש לך הפלגה של שעתיים חצי, מיותר לחלוטין. כן נוף יפה אבל לא שווה להסחף ככה שעתיים וחצי שבזמן הזה היית יכולה להנות מהמקומות היפים שיש לקומו או בלאגיו להציע. חבל על כסף, עדיף לקחת רכבת ולנסוע לבד. המדריכה בשם קטיה היתה אנטיפתית לחלוטין, בגלל שהיתה קבוצה גדולה ממדינה אחד אז לקוב היא דיברה בשפה אחרת ולא באנגלית לא אהבנו ולא נמליץ

The toilet on the first boat had no water to wash hands and no alternative. That’s a public health concern. Please encourage the boat to rectify that problem. Alessandro was wonderful and Vincenzo the driver was safe and cheerful. Alessandro was so well connected he knew who was staying where - the Clintons and Obama! I guess he missed the ex-president of Korea. A Korean national told me the next day. Alessandro can’t know everything- but he has a great ability to know a lot! Gracie!

It was little chaotic in morning as no proper communication was there regarding guide contact details as it was the common pickup location for all day tours from Milan Centrale. One has to go individually to each bus and ask your name etc.The bus was different too than communicated. After trying here and there among all buses then was able to locate it with guide. Tour Guide Chiara was good and able to take the tour well. WiFi in the bus was mentioned in the tour booking but it wasn’t available. I think many other options are too available for Como and Bellagio and can be tried.
