Arancini Cooking Class in Catania

Very fun activity particularly on a hot Sicily day! The arancini was delicious and we got a lot of leftovers to take home! The guides were really hospitable and friendly, great English :) thank you!

Really enjoyed this cooking class but the cookbook offered was 2 recipes ran off on a copier and they were incomplete. Wouldn’t be able to replicate this recipe except by memory and we weren’t given the instructions for how to make the rice. We asked and we were told it’s just cheese,butter and saffron. No quantities.

There were just two us in the class, so it was small and personal. Our chef was charming and a lot of fun.

The chef was excellent. She spoke English. The recipes were excellent. They provided wine with dinner. We could actually share what we prepared with a couple who prepared a different dinner. It was fun and delicious. Both women were exceptionally gracious. No complaints here.

we hadden een begeleider die alles super goed uitlegde. We hebben lekkere arancini en amandlkoekjes gemaakt. We hadden de mogelijkheid om heel veel verschillende arancini te maken en te proeven. Het was een super ervaring en het zeker waard om te doen!

It was so informative and so much fun! Our instructor Agata is an amazing chef and teacher!
