My wife and I truly enjoyed this cooking experience in a professional chef's kitchen in Sicily. Giacomo was outstanding and creative and very helpful explaining how to make different pastas. We would highly recommend this trip.

Très bon moment au côté d’un super chef avec une traductrice très agréable. Nous avons découvert des très bons plats typiques de Sicile et tout ça accompagné de très bons vins. Le prix est un peu excessif par rapport à la prestation et attention prestation hors de Palerme !

Was really looking forward to this but it was unfortunately a let down. We are both gluten free and were told we’d be able to make gluten free pasta but the day of were told that wasn’t an option. I think that was a translation error but what a major one!! Ended up making GF arancini which was nice but not what we anticipated. It was also more of a watch how it’s made instead of a cooking class. Chef also made us some panelle and potato croquettes? But they were already premade and he just fried them up. Ingredients list were given to us to make at home but not the actual recipe. Dessert was him scooping out some ice cream and pouring chocolate on top that again, we didn’t make.

Het was super leuk! Heel veel geleerd en gegeten. Wij hadden zelf een fout gemaakt in de boeking qua datum en Giacomo heeft dit netjes opgelost voor ons. Echt een aanrader!!!

Wonderfull experience! The chef and his companion Natascia was wonderful hosts. The cooking class was a birthday gift for my boyfriend. The chef had a cake and wine for the special occasion. This made the experience even more special for us. Natascia was a great hosts and shared her home with us! Highly recommended!
