The sequence of the visited sites may change for organizational reasons
On extremely rare occasions, it may not be possible to access the internal part of Duomo Cathedral if an important religious ceremony is organized or another important event (the Duomo is also a functioning public church). In this case, the guide will provide you Duomo tickets so you can come back later
Wearing slippers and open-toe shoes is not allowed inside the church & the museum
When visiting the church, please ensure your shoulders, stomach, and legs (over the knees) are appropriately covered. Wearing shorts, mini skirts, crop tops, and sleeveless shirts may not be allowed inside Duomo
On rare occasions the tour must start 1 hour earlier on 1 hour later (8:45 instead of 9:45), in case there are some religious ceremonies e.g. on Easter, Christmas or similar inside Duomo Cathedral that do not allow guided tours at the same time (we will notice you about it at least 1 day in advance)
