  Matteo was our guide, and he was Great! Very knowledgeable about the city and the food! It was only 2 of us, and we went at a good pace, especially the stops for bites of food was spaced out extremely well. Each stop was excellent food. We had already tried the Ferrara specialty pasta, so he suggested we try the other specialty. That was splendid! And the Gelato (Custard?) was Wonderful. Well done.
