Alberobello: Guided Walking Tour of the Trulli

Very badly organised regarding the start. The tour is advertised as 3.30pm. We purchased our tickets which also said 3.30pm. We then scheduled our day around this. We received a WhatsApp message from the tour company approx 3 hours before stating that the guide would be at the starting point at 3.15pm and to arrive 10 mins before the start. We assumed this meant be no later than 3.20pm. At 3.10pm we received a phone call advising us we were late but they would wait, I explained the info we had which was dismissed by the individual calling. We then very quickly left for the meeting point to recieve another call at 3.15pm to say they would wait no longer however we had just arrived at that point! I again tried to explain the info and ticket and was dismissed as “these things change”! The tour guide proper, Valeria, however was very good, her pace of walking and the amount of information given was spot on to understand the trulli. It was an enjoyable tour but somewhat soured by
