Leuke namiddag gehad ! Erna meegaan naar de boerderij om even koeien te melken was een unieke ervaring. Dan gingen we nog eens langs een uitkijkpunt . Met wat uitleg konden we ons oriënteren welke dorpen /steden we waar konden zien

We had such an amazing time (family of 4)! Our two teens had so much fun cooking and eating! Giovanni was a great teacher, who kept us all laughing. The class was hands on and felt personal with a small group. Overall it was a great experience! Highly recommend it!

We had a fun time, made some new friends and memories. The food was delicious, especially the mozzarella cheese! The milking the cows add on was nice but short but the owner of the property let us got back to take in the amazing view of the coast from a secret little spot!

The overall experience was so lovely, we met some amazing people, ate amazing food and definitely made the best memories. We didn’t get the chance to milk to cows but the food making definitely made up for it! It was such an interactive experience and they made sure everyone got a go!

Giovanni was a wonderful host! We truly enjoyed our afternoon at his families farm. He took great care to make sure we were enjoying and learning his family recipes! Another highlight was the visit to a scenic overlook where he told us about the history of the region. To top it off we got to milk the family cow and pet a 3 day old calf! It was an afternoon we will never forget.

Valentino was very knowledgeable , skilled and polite. He helped us every step of the way to make tiramisu, pasta, mozzarella and guided us to his friend who had three cows so that we could experience milking the cow. He we have been to many places in Europe but this was one of the most memorable days of all and I appreciate Valentino taking time to entertain us with his cooking class. I highly recommend this tour without reservations.

My family had a fantastic time making the meal -- this was one of the biggest highlights of our trip! Valentino was a wonderful host and teacher. Some of us also milked the cow, which was fun and educational. (Note that it involves a 10-minute walk and was done after eating the meal but before dessert.) Our family was grouped with another couple, which really added to the fun!

The cooking class was amazing. Giovanni explained brilliantly how to make tiramisu, mozzarella, and pasta, and everyone was involved in the cooking and preparation. It was a lot of fun, very interesting, and educational. Milking the cows was one of the best parts. It was also amazing how well our group got along. We all laughed a lot. We definitely recommend the class.

Het was een leuke belevenis. Valentino sprak goed Engels en heeft alles goed uitgelegd. Iedereen kon meehelpen met de verschillende gerechten en Valentino betrok iedereen bij de bereiding. Daarnaast smaakte het eten heerlijk!
