Gelato Making Class in Ravenna

It was nice to see how the ice cream making works and also the ice cream itself tasted really good. On the downside: it was not so much of a workshop in the sense that you are really active yourself. You measure the right quantities of the ingredients together. Then mix then and put them in the ice machine. So more watching then being active in a WORKshop. Therefore a lower review score. The host was very helpfull en very friendly by the way!
