Palermo: Fresh Pasta & Tiramisù Cooking Class in a Family Atmosphere

If you want to learn authentic & tasty Pasta, go for it, book this cooking class! This was defintly a highlight on our Trip at Sicily. Francesca was very nice (she also gave us recommendation for restaurants and organised a taxi to get us safe back). She was also very patient with us. The Pasta was a 10/10, made with fresh ingredients. We were a group of eight that was a perfect groupsize. Nice to know, when you come with train it‘s a 30minute walk to get there.

Es war ein wundervoller, herzlicher Abend bei Francesca. Sie erklärte uns alles genau, hatte viele wertvolle Tipps und man merkte ihr an, dass sie wirklich Freude am Kochen und an ihren Gästen hat! Wir machten zwei verschiedene Pasta, Tiramisu und sehr leckere Soßen dazu. Am Schluss haben wir alle zusammen gegessen. Eine große Empfehlung für diese authentisch italienische Cooking Class mit Francesca!

We went to Francesca’s home which was beautiful. She was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend Francesca’s cooking class. The food was amazing and also great company! It was so lovely to go to a local’s home and learn their way of cooking- much better than a cooking class in a restaurant. Francesca welcomed us into her home with open arms and made us feel like family. Her cooking class was amazing and instructions were easy to follow. She had everything very well prepared to make the cooking process efficient and simple, even for those who don’t cook. She is kind and humorous. The food was absolutely delicious! The best tiramisu I have ever tasted! She took pictures of the group while we were preparing our dishes and sent them to us after so we didn’t have to worry about taking pictures ourselves. Due to the lack of ubers and taxi services in Bagheria, she went above and beyond to call us a cab service to pick us up from the train station. Francesca made this experience absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this class!
