Palermo Boat Tour with Aperitif, Snorkeling and Cave Visit

A wonderful way to spend an afternoon and watch the sunset. The water was so beautifully clear and warm (29C). With three swim stops, it was a perfect way to escape the heat of the city. Our trip was originally booked as a morning trip but our guides let us know ahead of time that because of special events happening, they’d have to skip Mondello beach. They gave us several options to change, including a return but we opted for the sunset cruise. Our guides (Giuseppe and Nino) were very friendly and attentive. We also met many wonderful people from all over the world. The aperitif’s were top notch and our glasses were never empty. Definitely worth the trip!

We booked and fully paid for 2 tickets 5 hours in advance for a snorkeling tour. This was supposed to be the highlight of our short, expensive 3-day trip. We arrived 35 mins early after struggling around the entire port with zero signs or English-speaking staff. At the boat, it was already packed. The skipper checked his WhatsApp list: his boss forgot our names! He refused to let us board despite our confirmed payment. He told us to wait for the next boat. After a long, exhausting wait under scorching sun, dehydrated and tired, we received a simple text: tour canceled, you will be refunded. They called a tuk-tuk for us to return, but that doesn’t make up for a wasted day, expensive flight tickets, and ruined holidays. Even though they tried to make up for their mistake, it is not enough—lost time and ruined memories never come back.

Tolle Tour als erstes würd ich erwähnen das der Treffpunkt nicht ganz so ersichtlich war. Eine angenehme bootstour schönes wetter, warmes klares Wasser. Schnorchelbrillen mit Mundstück wurden gestellt flossen glaub ich nicht ( hab keine gesehen ). Man hatte an jeden Spot genug Zeit und es herrschte eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Höhle war ganz net aber alles in einem nur zu empfehlen. Auch mit wenig Sprachkenntnissen kein Problem.
