Exclusive Palermo Mini Cruise: Mondello & Capo Gallo with Drinks & Snacks

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Hector and couldn’t have asked for a better skipper. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly well prepared, with snacks and plenty of cold drinks ready for us. Even with temperatures around 30°C, everything stayed perfectly chilled thanks to a cooler packed with ice a small detail that made a big difference! What stood out most was Hector himself. His knowledge of the area was impressive, and he shared interesting facts and stories about the local history and surroundings in a fun, engaging way. It felt like having a knowledgeable local show us around rather than being on a standard tourist tour. We also felt completely safe with him at all times. He was calm, attentive, and professional, and his genuine enthusiasm for the sea and meeting people really came through. Hector truly went above and beyond. The whole day felt effortless, relaxed, and special. We would absolutely recommend him. Thank you, Hector :)

It could have been much better if the boat had stopped near Mondello beach and we could have gone out to the beach and walk lay in the sand. Instead we stayed all the tour in the boat and could only swim near the boat and jumping directly into the water. Not exactly what I had in mind. Plus a lot of driving in the boat to see capo galo, not very interesting and the caves. The meeting point is a nightmare to reach and super expensive by taxi from Palermo ( 30€). By bus it takes nearly 1 h.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment lors de cette mini croisière sur la côte de Palerme ! Entre les baignades et les beaux paysages, tout était réuni pour profiter pleinement de l’après-midi. Très bonne ambiance à bord, avec une super sélection musicale assurée par notre DJ londonnien du jour. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les échanges avec les autres passagers, tous très sympathiques. Mention spéciale à Giuseppe, notre skipper, véritable charmeur sicilien qui ne manque ni d’humour ni de répartie ;-) et qui a été un excellent guide plein de bienveillance avec tout le monde. Une expérience conviviale, détendue et pleine de bonne humeur que je recommande sans hésiter.

It was a nice iternary where Hector (the captain and guide) showed us the coast, told some stories and let us explore the surroundings by swimming. The boat was a small speedboat but there was more than enough place for seven people. With twelve, it might get a little crowded, but still managable. Thanks to the crew for the beatiful morning. We had such a lovely boat trip with Giuseppe! He was a fantastic skipper, really friendly, welcoming and made the whole experience enjoyable. We had four stops, including at cave we got to swim in. We also enjoyed a snack and some Prosecco on board. Would definitely recommend this trip, especially if you’re looking for a fun and relaxing day out with friends!
