Catania: Best Street Food Tour with 5 Tastings

Our experience was very good. Our guide, Paolo, was knowledgeable of the history of the areas we explored. Our food selections were quite good, however, the planning of the excursion was not well done. Tastings and locations were not preplanned. Some locations our guide wanted to share with us were closed. Others were not expecting us. We often walked somewhere, then backtracked. We spent too much time at one place; not enough at another. We also were misguided to think we were going to have tastings of food and drink at each stop, which wasn’t the case. It was our guide’s very first time doing this tour and we feel he was unprepared and misguided. All in all, we were content with the day, but disappointed in it not being what was expected.
