Florence Historic Center Walking Tour with Optional Tuscan Lunch

The guide had poor English, minimal knowledge, no presenting skills and no obvious passion for her subject. Very disappointing. Also lunch afterwards, which we paid for, was disappointing, especially as there was no choice of dessert, just a poor quality creme caramel. Additionally, the guide couldn't even point us to the restaurant - she had no idea where it was. The whole thing was a poor experience - although of course Florence was beautiful.

I didn’t do the tour because I couldn’t find the meeting point. The tour started before the time schedule and I call for help and they didn’t give me a solution. I was happy to join the group where they were but the help desk assistant only said that I lost the investment. It’s not fare! I was in front of the meeting point 5 min before the departing. I can’t be punished if the guide decide to depart earlier. I want my money back!

This was an excellent! The tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. She explained everything and answered all of our questions. Without this tour, I would be staring at things and not really know what they are or the history behind them. The only thing is that this is an OUTSIDE tour. If you want to enter the babtistary or the basilica, you have to do it on your own or book another tour. Still, this tour was worth it. Don't hesitate. It is definitely worth it!
