Rome to Florence & San Gimignano by High-Speed Train with Wine Tasting

The day trip to Florence and Tuscany was a gorgeous and memorable trip that we enjoyed tremendously! High speed trains are new to us & that was a thrill! The guide Jessica was fun and knowledgeable. She took us every step of the way! Our winemaker host was also very gracious. This was a tour to remember! Worth every cent!

I would have like some free time in Florence. We spent 3 hrs in Florence with no time to shop or stop for a snack. Perhaps 2 hrs walking, then 1 hr for shopping. It’s a shame as travel will become difficult and we won’t be able to be in Florence again. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. But 3 hrs standing was a lot!

Thank you to Antonio our guide! Just the right balance between visiting Florence and getting to know more about the history of this place and the wine tasting experience. Visiting Fugnano winery, walking through San Gigminiano village and meeting people from all over the world made this excursion one of the best I’ve ever had. Bravo!

The Florence tour was a little underwhelming. Did not get to experience the churches or get the scenic pictures of the place. Which was a bit disappointing, especially since I was really looking forward to it. Tuscany was amazing - the food and wine pairing as well as the tour around the villa. Definitely recommend the Tuscany tour

Our guide Antonio was very knowledgeable and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Florence and the tour of the winery…of course, Lorenzo did an amazing job with the wine tasting. Shopping in San Gimignano was the perfect way to end the day.
